Convert an absolute filesystem path into a file:// URL with Bun.pathToFileURL().
Use Bun.pathToFileURL() to convert an absolute path to a file:// URL.
Bun.pathToFileURL("/path/to/file.txt").href;
// => "file:///path/to/file.txt"
